1. 7 Days DOA (Dead on Arrival) Guarantee
If you receive a damaged, different, or nonfunctional item, you can return it for an exchange or a full refund within 7 days of receipt. We will reimburse you the return shipping cost.
2. 30 Days No Reason Return
If you're not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new, unused condition, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt. You bear the return shipping costs.
3. 180 Days Quality Protection
If your item has any quality problem, you can get a refund or exchange up to 180 days from delivery.

6. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide photos or video showing the defect
- We'll send you an RMA number within 1–2 business days
- Return the item to the specified address
